It’s cold outside… tends to happen when it um gets cold… or was it when the weather changes and it gets Fall/Winterish outside. Yep… of course this also means aching joints… not the good kinds of joints mind you. Is there such a thing as a good kind of joint? Nah didn’t think so.

Anywho… now I hurt and am in pain… oh well it happens and I’m not gonna let it get the better of me… go away hurting joints! Go away!!!
